食完精神科藥會失禁

病患者男 - 37歲

我有強迫焦慮症, 見緊精神科, 但次次加親藥都會失禁, 即係夜晚訓覺時會唔識去廁所, 咁就賴尿, 請問咁係正常嗎?另我因為精神科藥有時唔係咁見效, 所以間中都會偷食多粒鎮靜劑, 請問有關係嗎?要再轉藥定見泌尿科?
