喉球症？

病患者男 - 40歲

近這星期，成日覺得喉嚨有野咁，但瞓左無乜感覺，咁啱去照胃，照前有同e生講，照完只有少胃炎，喉嚨睇過無野，咁仲有乜嘢可做，個e生話而家得3個因素：胃炎，鼻敏感同精神問題，請問可以點樣？
