食物敏感？

病患者女 - 32歲

面上有紅疹脫皮（約一毫子大，近咀邊位置），持續多月，試過停用/重用護膚品仍未好轉，後來感覺唔知關唔關食藍莓事，因為多月前開始每晚食半盒至一盒藍莓，之後停食至今2星期了，紅疹似有好轉，但紅疹邊邊仍然有少量脫皮現象，請問是食物過敏嗎？為甚麼已停食，2星期仍然未痊癒？
