手術後小便有灼熱感覺

我先生係六年前因不能排尿在外國做了排尿手術後，排尿一直有種灼熱感，在香港看了公立和私家專科都話報告正常，排尿速度正常，沒有感染。想請問那種灼熱感是否手術後的正常現象？
