髮量減少

醫生你好，我近半年來髮量減少了很多，頭皮很油，前額附近的頭髮多是烏黑粗硬的，而頭頂正中毛髮比較細軟，目前前額正中及兩邊都能看出髮量較為稀疏，並且沒有新的頭髮長出，家族父輩中多有脫髮者，懷疑可能是遺傳性的脫髮，平時飲食也較為油膩，請問是否需要使用藥物或特定牌子的洗髮水，或者預約時間就診？
