盆骨位置酸痛

病患者男 - 48歲

你好，三日前盆骨兩邊突然有輕微刺痛，第二日就左盆骨對上腰部肌肉開始酸痛，在沒有任何動作下也會突然刺剌痛，第三日更加嚴重，就連行路時盆骨和附近肌肉都會酸痛和刺痛，食止痛藥最多只能維持兩小時，睡覺時也會痛醒，請問這是什麼問題？謝謝
