喉嚨有異感

病患者女 - 20歲

本人是20歲的女生，自三日前食晚飯後就feel到喉嚨有野頂係頂住，飲水食飯就冇事好正常，胸部都唔痛，但吞口水就好似有野痴左係喉嚨唔上唔落，但時有胃氣呵左出黎就好啲，但再吞口水就有頂住嘅感覺，請問會係食道癌或喉癌嗎，但父親曾患大腸癌二期
