病患者女 - 49歲

本人49歲，主腫瘤14mm,淋巴1粒感染是23mm ，PR2-20％，ER-90％， Her2陰性, Grade 2, 冇Ki67數據，Pet scan 冇擴散，LVI+想請問
1. 我是管腔A或是B？
2. 復發機會有多大？
3. 我吾明白,為什麼淋巴感染環比主腫瘤大？
