肝病變？

病患者女 - 41歲

本人肚瀉了2年
照大腸鏡並無異樣
吃腸易激葯物益生菌也無大幫助
2年間瘦了10lbs
無論食多少都不能長肉
胃會感餓但食少少就頂住
胃脹持續幾個鐘
近一年皮膚變得乾而且黃
更有一撻撻尤如血液行唔通
肚脹又尤如有了BB一樣
是否肝出了問題？要照ultrasound pet scan ct scan mri?
本人患有polymyositis及失眠
已服食prednisolone MMF免疫抑制劑 olanzapine多年
