鼻孔內有腫痛,鼻內壁發炎

hello, 幾個月前我的鼻孔內有少許腫痛, 看醫生, 他說發炎生瘡, 給了我藥膏, 之後冇事
但近月鼻孔內隔一排又有腫痛
請問會有甚麼原因? 需唔需要看專科?
