腳背疼痛

病患者女 - 27歲

晚上突然由腳趾附近的腳背位置開始疼痛，然後痛感慢慢延至腳踝附近的腳背，踩在地上不能受力。冷敷後情況有好一些，能受力及疼痛減少，但好似痛感轉移到小腿位置。請問這是什麼原因呢？
