大腸末端有三處瘜肉

剛在上星期照完腸鏡，在大腸末端有三處瘜肉，每處約有5至6粒0.1cm,請問醫生將怎樣請走瘜肉，可用腸鏡清除嗎？這事令本人非常擔憂，導致不能入睡，望醫生能為本人詳解和風險有多大？萬分感激！
