鼻塞加咳

病患者男 - 6歲

小朋友上年11月中咗腺病毒之後就一直鼻塞，訓覺呼吸好大聲。睇兒科話係鼻竇炎，噴咗類固醇鼻噴有改善小小，但訓覺呼吸仲係有d聲，唔可以仰睡。聖誕節又中咗covid，之後開始喉嚨痕，咳。呢排去玩旅行，又開始鼻塞，講嘢有鼻音，訓覺呼吸好大聲。請問應該睇耳鼻喉科定呼吸科？
