黃綠色分泌物

醫生你好，本人一月時有過陰道炎，因感覺常有分泌物，有時會用陰道塞藥。另外亦於1個月前去做過細菌培養，結果一切正常。但於昨天小便後發現能拉長絲、像鼻涕的黃綠分泌物(只有一次)，請問這是正常嗎?還是又陰道炎了?謝謝
