胃氣

兒子今年12歲,多年前已開始有胃氣,吃飽更甚.因為經常在眾人前吐胃氣不雅觀,又不知他的胃有沒有問題,看家庭醫生只建議他慢慢吃. 因這兩年發覺他不單沒改善胃氣,生長速度也緩慢了,正是發育期但每年只高了3-5cm重了幾磅(現在只有140cm30kg).請問醫生我應該如何幫助孩除改善問題？或應看看什麼專科？謝謝
