外痔

醫生你好!

本人近數星期發現肛外長出肉粒, 數量有輕微增加趨勢, 因懷疑患外痔, 自行使用'安那蘇'痔瘡膏, 惜情況並無改善。

請問,
1. 如何自行判斷外痔?
2. 痔瘡膏是否只能舒緩情況, 而不能根除病況? 另, 痔瘡塞是否只適用於內痔?
3. 是否必須以手術治療, 及其價錢。
