凡士林可以用在龜頭上嗎？

之前在藥房買左凡士林，成份有純白花士苓有效鎖水份，可以滋潤及修護肌膚，適用全身肌膚，包括臉部，咀唇，手部及足部。但吾知可以用在龜頭上嗎？謝謝醫生帮我解答。
