皮膚曬黑問題

本人係男。19歲，細個皮膚都ok白。小學開始成日哂。皮膚由小學至中學都較黑，只是臉部。膚色不均的情況令我很困擾，如果想令臉部皮膚變返白（試過很多美白產品都沒效果），應該向皮膚科醫生求助嗎？
