氣促，呼吸困難

我是女性，22歲。之前，因氣促而去驗血，心肌酵素及甲狀腺都正常，心電圖也正常。也不是壓力的話。那麼，還有甚麼因素引致這樣？我咳就氣促！我要去做檢查嗎？呼吸經常不大暢順！
