小腸氣

男友陰毛位置右邊凸了一個小波，他躺下時便平了，是否小腸氣？男友唔想去驗查，怕做手術，又話一直如此不覺身體有事。請問有小腸氣是否一定要做手術，唔做手術可以嗎？會對身體健康有咩嘢影响？如果做了手術會否影响男友性能力？
