膽管問題

你好! 家父多年前已切除了膽臟, 早幾日因右下腹痛, 做了肝臟及膽管超聱波, 報告指膽管凸出10mm, 醫生只說膽管有問題但不知道原因, 建議再找專科再做檢查，寫了信到政府醫院排期, 請問在這情況下有沒有逼切性馬上找私家醫生做檢查? 是否只需要食藥治療？要不要再做手術? 謝謝！
