鼻炎/鼻咽癌

醫生你好

最近常常覺得鼻腔很乾，好像有東西在裡面，鼻涕變得好黏，顏色偏黃綠，有時帶血絲，要用力「呻」及摳鼻才能把它清掉，有時亦嗅到腥味。請問我是鼻炎還是什麼？謝謝！
