疼痛

醫生您好，本人想詢問腹疼肚痛背痛是有可能身體哪裡出問題。突然半夜就被疼痛痛醒咗，肝臟脾胃腸所在的部分都疼痛，背部都痛，第二天上午吃咗整腸丸，腹痛肚痛痛感有減輕，但是背部卻越來越痛。另外仲覺得好累、想作嘔。
