雙腿膝蓋以下發紅及發熱

本人母親間歇性雙腿膝蓋以下會發紅及發熱,在網上查看相關病症可能為深層靜脈栓塞,曾經試過心口痛院,但檢查後心臟沒有問題,現在想回來不知是否以上症狀導致肺栓塞,想問有甚麼治療方法?
