請問這有可能是 cancer 嗎

今朝突然咳血，早上仲鮮紅，而家開始有啲深，都分不清是否啡血，明天照肺，之前2個月也照過肺沒事，上年也照過腸胃鏡是正常，不知是不是肺有事咳血，但體重是正常,求解答
