查詢有關乙型肝炎病

醫生你好,我本身是乙型肝炎帶菌者,多年來檢查身體肝功能都正常,於約十多年前曾在威爾斯親王醫院有過FILE,但由於長期穩定醫院於約十年前CLOSE了我的FILE。
今年5月時透過自己看開的醫生做過身體檢查,結果各項指數都正常,唯獨球蛋白指數達3.6,僅超標,另外,近日肚腹位置有時有點"陰陰的,輕微的痛",醫生建議我可以找一個專科醫生跟進,請問我這種情況是否需要做什麼檢查才可確定身體狀況,或是該如何處理呢?
