感覺雙腿不平衡

醫生你好，
我今年4月感覺左膝痛，行路、站立時力集中在左邊，不能自然地。針灸後，感覺好了一點，但到右膝又有這樣的情況岀現。
照了X-ray，但沒有什麼事
看了某位骨科醫生，檢查過說沒有什麼大問題，開了些藥，
但感覺沒有大幫助
現在，雙膝不痛，但有時緊，走路常覺得吾自然，力依然不平均。
想問問醫生，我雙膝是什麼問題？謝謝
