子宮前傾而對摺怎辦?

你好,范醫生,我前幾日身體檢查報告出左,報告顯示我子宮前傾而且對摺左,我可以做什麼exercise呀？還有我右邊有一個大約5.1cm的水囊，我是否要做手術呢？如果要要多少錢呢?最後,不知什麼原因最近和男朋友床事後,看見有血,但月經是準時的,也沒有經痛。
