近視問題

請問若配近視眼鏡時少配100度用作平常戴，上課時才戴回少配了25度的近視眼鏡對減低近視度數有沒有幫助？會否導致近視度數加深？另外如果我會出國讀大學，在國外多接觸綠色植物及注意用眼能否減低一部份的近視度數？謝謝。

本人近視度數約為左眼550度，右眼625度，伴有左眼250散光右眼200。

另想請問若能減去部份假性近視度數是否能同時減低患上眼疾風險？謝謝
