胃痛胃脹

本人早幾日吃了很多合桃和飲了可樂,之後每日都胃痛及胃脹，吃了一些胃藥包括:famotidine,dicyclomine,,dimethicone,metomide,但情況未見改善,且有些頭暈。

請問本人是要做胃鏡檢查,頭暈是否正常反應?
