手背生了肉粒

醫生你好！ BB手背生了肉粒(見以下連結)。

出世不久便出現。有時較淺色及較平。有時較深色較凸起及有點硬，中間似有水泡。當水泡破了以後，又會變回較淺色及較平。請問這是什東西?有沒有危險性?

已多次問普通科及健康院，只說應該無大礙。現在BB已20個月大。
