脫牙後如何防止牙肉萎縮

你好，首先多謝上次的答覆，既然無法用激光補牙只好脫了，但脫了以後留下的洞該如何處理。有醫生建議用手術脫牙，後再放些物料填補空隙（非植牙），這樣做除可防止牙肉萎縮外，對防止牙齒移位亦有一定幫助，可惜在網上找不到相關資料，故煩請閣下再一次解答好嗎？
