頭暈眼花耳仔有野郁

醫生你好，我從3個月前開始睇野眼矇矇，眼科醫生話無事，之後發覺耳仔內經常有野郁，再睇醫生後話鼻炎，食左十幾日藥後，又開始耳仔有野郁，經常睇野唔清，眼花頭暈容易疲倦。照左腦CT話一齊正常，請閑醫生我應該係咩病？因為呢個病真係好影響我工作。
