肛門內之性病疣

我因不安全性行為，大約2個月前，肛門內長了幾十個性病疣，肛門外亦有肉粒增生，看過另一專科，說要電燒手術，但費用太貴，要5萬左右，我目前不考慮
請問用外用藥有可能清除嗎？有大約價格嗎？
另外請問醫生預約要怎麼約？
