ALT超標

病患者男 - 43歲

本人於2016年8月開始服用他汀類膽固醇藥物，並於2016年12月再抽血檢驗膽固醇及肝功能。總膽固醇由6.5降至4.68正常水平，但ALT則偏高至72，AST則為47 (但驗血前一天曾做劇烈運動及曾吃炸薯條會否影響ALT指數?)。醫生說ALT衹是微超不用理會，但我上網翻查得悉如患慢性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌，ALT也是長期處於低度升幅水平。現想詢問現在我的情況應該怎樣處理?
