割包皮康復後

你好,醫生,我由於翻开包皮後圈過窄'找醫生使用了包皮槍割包皮,完全康復後,手淫是有感覺射精,但我試過三次性行為,ㄧ插入陰道內進行性行為時只有小小接觸感,插動ㄧ會兒後慢慢變成半硬,没有什麼感覺不能射精,是因為割去包皮敏感帶嗎?抹上成人增強用品能解決問題嗎?求解答
