卵巢出血

本人於7月經剖腹手術割徐了子宮，保留了兩邊卵巣，近一月來因腸不適看了腸胃科，上星期做了磁力共振，今天報告回來醫生說左邊卵巢有出血現象，請問有什麼可能性會有此現象呢！現時一個月中很多時間也有排卵腹悶的感覺，而且常常有急便感，是否因為卵巢影響呢？謝謝！
