右下智慧齒問題一問

病患者男 - 46歲

右下智慧齒因食熱氣東西爆了些少出來，不痛但有少少脹及舌感覺到隻牙爆了出來。感覺不太舒服，本身隻牙應屬阻出横生的，這情況下可否不脱？如要脫可否要求全身麻醉？費用约多少？
因本人極害怕牙肉打針。
