醫生你好，本人2年前診斷出 萎縮性胃炎+胃竇炎+腸化生，這2年時間，胃經常刺痛，反胃，完全無食慾，請問，西醫對於萎縮性胃炎+胃竇炎+腸化生 有否藥物治療?

除每年的胃鏡檢查追蹤外?
