Bb身上出現紅圈圍著的白斑

病患者男 - 6個月歲

Bb六個月大，背上出現一片片白斑，白斑外有紅圈圍著，搽了潤膚膏卻不見好轉，請問這是什麼疹？bb是吃人奶的，會否是媽媽吃了致敏食物所致？如果去看醫生，是否會給類固醇藥膏？還有什麼辦法可舒緩？因為怕對bb有影響。bb精神良好，只是晚上經常起來，不知是否痕癢所致，還望解答。謝謝
