呼吸

我一向都是主力用鼻呼吸的, 只在運動時才加埋用口呼吸的. 3-4年前坐飛機時, 發現鼻很乾, 就像在寒冷的地方呼吸似的. 每次呼吸, 一股冷氣傳入鼻腔, 很不舒服. 其後每次坐飛機都要擦VASELINE在鼻腔內才可以. 去年10月坐飛機時, 發現用鼻呼吸不足夠, 就像缺氧似的, 必須加上用口呼吸才可以. 以上兩種情況以往都在坐飛機時才發生. 但最近兩種情況都先後在日常生活中出現了, 尤其缺氧, 經常都要加埋用口呼吸才可以. 不知道是什麼問題?
