我有性別障礙

醫生你好，我是澳門人，在仁伯爵綜合醫院精神科確診有性別障礙，遂希望能接受荷爾蒙治療及性別重置手術，得知麥醫生是香港有名的精神科醫生，因此想請問醫生遲點我到港時可否幫我寫一份報告給我及給學校申請穿著男生校服及提供荷爾蒙療法？
